RMI INTERNATIONAL, INC. DBA RAMSGATE MANAGING INSURANCE started in June 1982, incorporated under our present name in 1984, and has become one of the better wholesale brokers in Texas. We have offices in San Antonio, TX.

RAMSGATE operates as an Excess & Surplus lines General Agency placing a wide variety of commercial property, casualty, and personal lines business with a number of A rated, non-admitted companies, including Lloyd's of London. We market exclusively through independent retail agents.

RAMSGATE's staff of experienced underwriters is eager to help. They are great people doing amazing things, whether on an entire account or just a small piece of an account.

RAMSGATE functions as General Agent for eight A rated companies and for Lloyd's of London, with underwriting and policy issuance authority. We have brokerage contracts with many more companies, including Lloyd's of London open market.

Between our binding companies and our brokerage companies we are uniquely positioned to handle the smallest to the largest risk and from the simplest to the most complex risk.
